• Russia accused Britain of staging a fake chemical attack in a Syrian town, which Britain denied.

•  President Trump pardoned ex-Cheney aide Scooter Libby, who was convicted of perjury in 2007.

IN QUEENS

• An ex-con was sentenced to 150 years in prison for raping and impregnating his underage stepdaughters.

• A mugger stole an elderly woman’s wallet after he stopped to speak to talk to her on a sidewalk in Jamaica Hills.

• DOT plans to reduce traffic congestion on Austin Street by implementing various traffic measures.

• Northbound F Subway trains are stopping along the A Subway line from Jay St-MetroTech to W 4 St-Washington Sq because of a rail condition at 2 Av.

• Some northbound F Subway trains are stopping along the G Subway line from Bergen St to Court Sq then along the E Subway line to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av. Expect delays in A SubwayC SubwayF Subway and G Subway train service.
