• President Trump seemed to confirm for the first time that Michael Cohen represented him as part of a payment to porn star Stormy Daniels.


• The death of a woman who was found unconscious inside her bathtub in Jamaica Estates nearly seven months ago was deemed a homicide by police.

• A thief was caught on surveillance video beating and robbing a man at gunpoint during a home invasion in Floral Park.

• A school safety agent chased down a convicted rapist who punched and robbed an elderly woman in LIC.


• Southbound 4 Subway and 5 Subway trains are running with delays because of signal problems at Grand Central-42 St.

• Southbound A Subway and C Subway trains are running with delays because of a rail condition at Hoyt-Schermerhorn.

The Yankees (14-9) topped the Twins, 7-4. They wrap up the series with the Twins with a 1:05 p.m. matinee.

The Mets (15-7) fell to the Cardinals, 9-1. They finish their three-game road set with the Cardinals at 1:15 p.m.


• Kanye West shared his text messages with John Legend on Twitter regarding West’s recent vocal support for President Trump.

• The family of Swedish DJ Avicii released a second statement that implies that he took his own life.

• Kelis claimed that her ex-husband Nas was mentally and physically abusive during their five-year marriage.


The Big Bang Theory (CBS, 8PM) – Sheldon goes to Vegas to win money for science. Also, Penny and Bernadette take Amy wedding dress shopping, but her terrible choice entangles them in a web of lies.

Arrow (CW, 9PM) – Oliver turns to an old friend to help battle Diaz. Meanwhile, Rene is out of the hospital but has a hard time re-adjusting to life as Wild Dog.

•  Quantico (ABC, 10PM) – The Season 3 premiere picks up three years later with Alex living a peaceful, anonymous life in Italy. However, Ryan persuades her to abandon the idyllic existence and help him rescue Shelby from a notorious international arms dealer known only as The Widow.
