• Extensive delays on the N and W subway lines forced Queens commuters to seek alternate routes during the morning rush.

• Police are searching for a man who attacked a woman and stole her purse outside her Flushing home.

• DOT is officially issuing fines for drivers caught in the Q52 and Q53 Select Bus Service lanes.

Subway Status 
• 2, 3, 4 and 5 train service has resumed following earlier FDNY activity at Hoyt St.

• Southbound E, F, R and Broadway Junction bound M trains are running with delays because of signal problems at Forest Hills-71 Av.

• Some northbound B trains are running local from Kings Hwy to Prospect Park because of signal problems at Avenue H. Expect delays in B and Q train service.

• Northbound D and N trains are running local from 36 St (Bklyn) to Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr because of a sick passenger at Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr. Expect delays in D, N and R train service.

• Delays on I-278 eastbound between Metropolitan Ave; Williamsburg Bridge and Queens-Kings County Line; Koskuisko Bridge

• Delays on I-278 eastbound between Exit 26 – Hamilton Ave and Exit 28B – Brooklyn Bridge

• Disabled vehicle on I-278 westbound approaching Exit 24 – NY 27; Prospect Expwy Exit left lane blocked.
