Queens News
• A Winter Storm Watch was issued for NYC this weekend due to expected snow and rain showers.

• A Sunnyside condominium voted in a new board after the property owner plastered Nazi and Confederacy posters all over the lobby.

• Flushing and Elmhurst are set to celebrate the Year of the Dog with several events this weekend.

Subway Status 
• There is no B train service between DeKalb Av and 145 St in both directions.

• B trains are running along the Q line between Dekalb Av and 96 St in both directions.
• B and D trains are running with delays in both directions. These service changes are because of signal problems at 7 Av.

• Some northbound F trains are stopping along the G line from Bergen St to Court Sq then via the E line to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av.

• Some southbound F trains will end at 2 Av. These service changes are because of a dog on the tracks at York St.

• Northbound R trains are stopping along the Q line from DeKalb Av to Canal St because of signal problems at Whitehall St-South Ferry. Expect delays in N, Q and R train service.

• Delays on I-278 eastbound between 50th St and Exit 28A – Old Fulton St; Cadman Plaza West.

• The NBA Rising Stars game kicks off at 9 p.m. on TNT.

• LIU Brooklyn (13-15) is on the road against Wagner at 4 p.m.
• St. Francis Brooklyn (12-15) hosts Fairleigh Dickinson at 4 p.m.
• All-Star Saturday Night features the 3-point contest, slam dunk contest and skills challenge. It begins at 8 p.m. on TNT.

• The Rangers host the Philadelphia Flyers at noon.
• The NBA All-Star Game pits Team LeBron against Team Steph in Los Angeles. Tip-off is at 8 p.m.
