TOP STORIES
• President Trump warned again that he may declare a national emergency to build his border wall without congressional approval.

• Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, who had been overseeing the Russia investigation, is expected to leave the Justice Department after Trump’s nominee for attorney general is confirmed.

• Mayor de Blasio proposed legislation that would guarantee two weeks of paid personal time off for workers in the city.

IN QUEENS
• Longtime Queens District Attorney Richard Brown won’t seek re-election after a nearly three-decade tenure.

• Police are searching for a handcuffed parolee who escaped from his parole officer in Jamaica.

• The Pizza Hut located within the Town Square shopping complex in Woodside has closed.

SUBWAY STATUS
• Southbound 6 trains are running with delays because of signal problems at 116 St.

• Hudson Yards-bound 7 trains run at a slower speed between Vernon Blvd-Jackson Av and Grand Central-42 St

• Flushing-Main St-bound 7 train service has resumed making local stops between 74 St and Mets-Willets Point while NYPD and FDNY continue to assist a passenger struck by a train at Mets-Willets Point.

•  Southbound C and E train service has resumed with delays after EMS helped someone in need of medical assistance at Canal St.

• Northbound D train service has resumed with delays after earlier NYPD activity at Bay Parkway.

• Southbound Q trains are running express from Prospect Pk to Kings Highway because someone needs medical assistance at Beverly Rd.

TRAFFIC
• 24 min – Queens Center Mall to Russos on the Bay on Woodhaven Blvd.

• 19 min - Little Neck Parkway to Hunters Point Ave. in LIC on the Long Island Expwy.

• 18 min – Coffeed in LIC to Citi Field on Northern Blvd.

• 30 min – LIC YMCA to Union Turnpike in Kew Gardens on Queens Blvd.

• The Knicks (10-31) were crushed by the Golden State Warriors, 122-95.

• The Islanders (23-14-4) fell to the Carolina Hurricanes, 4-3.

• St. John’s (14-2) suffered its second loss of the season to Villanova, 76-71.

• Kevin Hart has made it clear that he will not be hosting the Oscars.

• Chicago Fire (NBC, 8PM) – April finds herself in a dangerous situation and Natalie gets an update on Will. Dr. Rhodes gears up for a gala honoring his hybrid O.R. and tries to convince Dr. Bekker to join him.

•  SEAL Team (CBS, 9PM) – Bravo Team travels to Turkey to rescue a young American who voluntarily married an ISIS leader.

• Criminal Minds (CBS, 10PM) – Prentiss and the team fly to Iowa to investigate the disappearance of three 10-year-old children who appear to have been abducted from their homes in the middle of the night, with surveillance video from a neighborhood park as their only lead to finding the children’s whereabouts.
