• A fallen soldier’s widow criticized President Trump for not knowing her husband’s name during a condolence call.

•The body of a missing New Jersey college student who was missing for more than a month was found near his campus.

Queens News
• A man is in critical condition after he was shot in the head during a stick-up by three men in suits.

• A man wearing his work shirt was arrested for groping a woman at a 7 train station in Woodside.

• Two Astoria subways stations are being closed for eight months in order to undergo renovations.

Subway Status 
• 2 and 5 service has resumed following an earlier incident involving a sick passenger at Allerton Av.

• Southbound D trains are stopping along the N line from 36 St-Bklyn to Coney Island-Stillwell Av because of a person struck by a train at 62 St. Expect delays in southbound D and N train service.

• Building fire on Halsey Street both directions between Knickerbocker Avenue (Kings) and Wilson Avenue (Kings) all lanes closed until further notice.

Sports
• The Yankees lost a heartbreaker to the Astros, ending their 2017 postseason run.

• The Giants (1-6) fell apart as they lost to the Seattle Seahawks 24-7.

• The Jets (3-4) could not hold on against the Miami Dolphins, losing 31-28 in the final minutes. The last time the Jets blew a 14-point lead in the fourth quarter was in 1995.

• The Nets beat out the Atlanta Hawks by a score of 116-104.

• The Mets hired Mickey Callaway as their new manager.

• The Good Doctor (ABC, 10PM) – Shaun meets a young patient who resembles his brother who’s deceased, and later, Shaun struggles to understand why his parents hid the truth about his own health.

• Netflix: Meet the Robinsons- Lewis is a brilliant inventor who meets a mysterious stranger named Wilbur Robinson, whisking Lewis away in a time machine and together they team up to track down Bowler Hat Guy.

• Hulu: Blindspot Season 1 – A woman with no memories of her past is found in Times Square, covered in mysterious tattoos, including an FBI agent’s name.

• Amazon Video: Victoria Season 1 – 18-year-old Alexandrina’s renames herself Victoria and revels in her newfound freedom upon becoming Queen. But Victoria’s inexperience makes her susceptible to mistakes and ultimately, scandal.
